TEMPORARY POLICY CHANGES DUE TO COVID

Non-Returnable Items: To help keep our customers and associates safe in light of COVID-19, until further notice, J'Dashae will not accept returns of the following specific item(s) unless such items are in original condition with all tags attached:

  1. Clothing
  2. Shoes
  3. Hats

 

7-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return your purchase, you may do so within 7 days of the ship date on your shipping label. Returned items can be exchanged for other merchandise, different sizes or a store credit against future purchases. Refunds are not issued under any circumstances. Returned items must be undamaged, unaltered, unworn and must include original tags and original packaging.

​If mailing items, please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing. We are not able to issue credit until your return package has been received and processed.

​Once the item(s) is returned, J’Dashae  will keep record of your store credit. Whenever you are ready to use your credit, simply send an email to admin@jdashae.com stating what items you would like, and the order will be processed from there.
